Also, the location is particularly good and magnificent, minutes from a contemporary mall. I'm glad that getting Wheelchair Accessible room with 2 bags open and all the amenities, for example was not a problem. Very very helpful and outstandingly accommodating staff, they smile all the time.

The location of the hotel was perfect for our visit to Kuchu Teien Observatory Observation Deck, just a short 10-15 minute walk away. It is also conveniently close to the train station and Umeda area.

This was a REALLY COMFORTABLE stay for two nights. Modern, neat room for 2 bags open, everything was great. We had a kettle, an air conditioning and a personal safe. Location: the hotel was near to quiet area, shopping malls, and Osaka station on the map. Spent a nice evening at Galleria Umeda, located around 4-6 minutes' walk from the venue.

The hotel offers a free shuttle bus to Osaka Station, making transportation convenient. The staff provided excellent service, promptly finding and returning a lost earring. The hotel also offers a cheap and tasty lunch menu, and there is a 24-hour laundry facility nearby.

For us, it was ideal.

Our Easter getaway was great! We stayed in a hotel that exceeded our expectations. We loved the complimentary shuttle bus which was a great way to explore the area. the location was perfect, with a short walk to the train station, restaurants, and shops. the free public bath was a real treat, and the sauna was an added bonus.

The room was small and lacked some storage space, a closet would have been nice. the bed was a bit narrow, and the pillows were too hard.
